Our aspiration is to begin this work earlier, helping students and young professionals build stronger foundations of self-awareness, clarity, and intentionality before major career decisions are made.

I am an INSEAD Certified Coach and ICF ACC Certified Coach with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, talent development, leadership advisory, and career development. Over the course of my career, I have worked closely with students, early-career professionals, mid-career individuals, and senior executives, helping them gain clarity about their strengths, aspirations, choices, and future direction.

As a career counsellor, my focus is on helping individuals make informed, confident, and meaningful career decisions. I work with students from Grade 8 onwards to help them understand their interests, personality, values, strengths, and emerging career preferences, so they can make better subject, stream, college, and career choices. I also support fresh graduates and young professionals as they transition into the world of work, identify suitable career paths, and build confidence in their professional journey.

For experienced professionals and executives, I provide structured career guidance to support career transitions, leadership growth, role alignment, and long-term career planning. My approach combines reflective coaching conversations, career interest tools, psychometric assessments, structured feedback, and detailed reports to help individuals connect who they are with the opportunities they wish to pursue.

I believe that fulfilling careers are built not only on skills and qualifications, but also on self-awareness, motivation, values, purpose, and clarity. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and thoughtful space where each individual can explore possibilities, understand themselves better, and take practical steps toward a career and life that feel meaningful and sustainable.
